With a laser, at the Quittie Hollow workshop in Annville. I run every pumpkin through the machine myself. That is why the lines are crisp enough to hold a script name or a logo, which is not something you can get with a knife.
Months, not days. The engraving is burned into the surface of the pumpkin instead of being cut through it, so the pumpkin stays whole and holds up for the fall season rather than collapsing the way a gutted jack-o-lantern does after a week or two.
A carved jack-o-lantern is cut all the way through, which is why it starts caving in within about a week and a half. Engraving only marks the surface, so the pumpkin keeps its skin, keeps its shape, and keeps its lettering all fall.

No. We deliver and arrange everything on your porch or by your door, so you do not need to be there. Leave a note at checkout if you want it placed somewhere specific.
We ring the doorbell twice. If nobody answers, we text you to let you know we are there and we start the setup. When your porch is finished we send you a note so you know it is done and ready to look at.
A family name, a house number, a monogram, a date, a pet name. Up to 30 characters. If you want something more involved, email us before you order and we will tell you straight whether the laser can hold it.
A pumpkin is a piece of produce, so shade and airflow are what buy you the extra weeks. Keep it out of direct afternoon sun and off hot concrete if you can, and set it somewhere with a little air around it.
Yes. Every order can add a second engraved pumpkin for $45 or a mum and gourd cluster for $29 at checkout. Display packages can also add a mailbox and lamppost bundle for $125.
If you want us to. Season-end removal is $75 on any display package. We come back after the season and clear the whole thing off your porch.
Checkout runs through Stripe, the same payment processor behind most of the online stores you already use. We never see or store your card number.
