Delivery orders arrive during the week you select at checkout, weather and supply permitting. Pickup orders are ready that same week at the workshop in Annville; we email you the address and the hours. If anything about your week needs to shift, we contact you using the email or phone number on your order.
A pumpkin is produce. Engraving marks the surface instead of cutting through it, which is what lets an engraved pumpkin hold up for the fall season, but weather, animals, and heat all still apply, and how long yours lasts depends on where it sits. We do not guarantee a pumpkin against rot, cracking, or animals. If something is wrong with your order when it arrives, tell us at Info@SignaturePumpkinCo.comOur email is copied to your clipboard. Open your email and paste that address into the 'To' field. and we will make it right.
We reserve the right to decline engraving requests that are offensive, unlawful, or that use a name, logo, or trademark the requester does not have the right to use.
Payment is collected in full at checkout through Stripe. To cancel or change an order, contact us before your week begins. Once a pumpkin has been engraved with your text, it cannot be resold, so cancellations are not refundable once engraved, apart from the 10-day money back or pumpkin replacement guarantee: if you aren’t happy with your pumpkin, we’ll replace it at no additional cost.
Signature Pumpkin Co. texts you about your order at the phone number you give us at checkout: a confirmation, updates about your design, and a heads up on delivery day. If you check the box for seasonal offers, you also get an occasional offer. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
